Mr. / Mahmoud Al-Sayyed

" Throughout his career, Mr. Mahmoud Al-Sayyed engineered and arranged many successful deals in the field of mergers and acquisitions. He has provided extensive consultations in economic feasibility studies, corporate evaluation, financial analysis, strategic planning, governance system development, and the administrative organization of companies across different sectors. His expertise also includes the privatization and evaluation of government companies, preparing them for private sector ownership and management. Mr. Mahmoud Al-Sayyed has served on the Board of Directors of a holding company that invests in chemical and plastic companies, and as a member of the Rewards and Nominations Committee, and the Talent Management Committee of a large family company. He has also been a board member for several other companies. he was selected by The International Institute of Endowment to join an international technical team to formulate governance standards for endowments. He (was) a speaker at numerous conferences and forums. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Administrative Sciences (1992) and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (1995). Additionally, he has earned various professional certificates in consulting, project management, and strategy implementation. He completed a Senior Management Program in Strategy at the London Business School."

Mr. Ali Mufreh Al-Zahrani has over 28 years of professional experience, having worked at Saudi Aramco and held various positions in financial market institutions. Mr. Ali began his career at Saudi Aramco, where he worked for 14 years, and later founded his own company specializing in financial training. He then moved on to work in financial market institutions in the fields of asset management, financial consulting, and executive management, where he served as CEO of a financial market institution. Currently, Mr. Ali works as a consultant and Board Member of Al-Fursan Al-Arabia Investment Holding Company, which has major investments in real estate development. He is also a member of several licensed investment funds managed by financial market institutions. Mr. Ali holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration – Finance specialization (2014) from the University of Leicester in the UK, a Bachelor's degree in Science (1995), and an Executive Diploma in Entrepreneurship from the Open University Malaysia. Additionally, he holds numerous professional certifications in the financial field, securities dealing, and asset management.

Mr. Azzam Mohammad Abu Hudhud has over 32 years of professional experience, having worked in the banking sector in Jordan, then at Saudi Telecom Company (STC), and several investment companies. Mr. Azzam began his career at the Housing Bank in Jordan before moving to Saudi Arabia to work on the Saudi Telecom privatization project. He later transitioned to investment companies, where he served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Amlak National for over 12 years. Currently, he holds the position of CFO at Al-Khomasia Company for Feed and Livestock Production. Mr. Azzam holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance (1992), a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the United States, and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Anglia Ruskin University in the UK.

Mr. Ali Saleh Al-Humaidan has over 17 years of professional experience and is considered one of the young entrepreneurs, having founded and contributed to the establishment of several pioneering companies. Mr. Ali began his career in the field of marketing, research, and studies for one of the companies within the Zainal Group, then transitioned to entrepreneurship and founded several companies in the fields of marketing and marketing services. In 2009, he focused on establishing and expanding **Hawiya**, a company specializing in marketing and corporate communication, where he currently serves as the CEO. Additionally, he is a part-time lecturer at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and a Board Member of several Saudi companies in the fields of real estate, investment, and commerce. He also serves as a consultant to several entities in the public, private, and third sectors. Mr. Ali holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing (2007) from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and a Master's degree in Business Administration (2010) from the University of Bradford in the UK.

Ms. Atheer Saleh Al-Kathim has over 3 years of professional experience, during which she worked in the financial and accounting fields. She began her career in the retail sector and later transitioned to work at Amwal Financial Company, where she started as an Administrative Accountant and is now serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company. She has also been assigned the role of Secretary to the Board of Directors. Ms. Atheer holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Investment (2020) from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University and possesses specialized professional certifications in the financial field and securities dealing.
